When you need accurate
truck weights and unsurpassed durability, it only makes sense to come
to Central Carolina Scale, Inc. CCS has been selling, installing and
working on truckscales for over 25 years.
Truck scales are available
in either full-electronic or electromechanical types with either concrete
or steel platforms. Low profile units offer simple installation with
minimal foundation requirements while pit type installations are often
the best choice for use in severe climates or when grain is to be
discharged out of the truck onto a conveyor mounted beneath the scale
platform. Multiple platform units are used to simultaneously measure
the truck's axle weights while obtaining its total weight as well.
Truck scales may be equipped
with many different options to increase their utility for both operator
and driver. Options include traffic lights,
truck management software, ticket
printers with tickets, remote
displays, guard rails and so on.

LaserLight™ Series
Remote Displays
Featuring
a super-bright LED display and a non-glare filtered lens, the
LaserLight remote display is clearly visible—even in direct
sunlight. The unique IntelliBright™ feature uses a photo
sensor to read ambient light to automatically adjust the LaserLight’s
display intensity between day and night settings. IntelliBright
prevents random switching of the display brightness from headlights
or lightning through a time and light intensity comparison.
The
LaserLight is available in 4" and 6" digit sizes and
features annunciators for gross, net, lb, and kg.
The
LaserLight’s configuration menu is entered via setup and
navigation switches and is displayed on the front panel for
easy configuration of the unit. Standard RS-232, 20 mA and RS-485
communications allow interfacing to digital indicators, host
computers and peripherals.

WinVRS
Vehicle Tracking System
Optimized
for Windows 2000 and XP®, Cardinal's powerful WinVRS software
keeps traffic moving over your scale by providing fast, accurate
collection of data on vehicles, accounts, orders, and materials.
Unique, user-defined fields allow you to easily configure
the system to meet your needs. A wide range of reports are
available to provide period histories, material totals, customer
information and more. WinVRS's convenient file utilities menu
allows data to be exported to other applications such as accounting
and materials control.
Cardinal also specializes in aftermarket support. All WinVRS
systems include a full year's support from Cardinal's technical
support group, who can connect directly to your system for system
diagnostics and application analysis from your location.

P400 - Ticket Printer
The
P400 Ticket Printer is a multifunctional printer capable of
printing a variety of tickets. This printer prints on the original
and up to 4 copies. Tickets can easily be inserted and removed.
Front panel controls permit tickets to be advanced, reversed,
or released. Its long-life print mechanism and easy-to-change
ink cartridge permit frequent use with no sacrifice in speed
or quality of printout.
