Featuring STR-3 Load Cells Designed for Action

A heavy duty scale starts with a rugged load cell designed for action. The STR-3 (Strain Gage Truck Rocker) load cell has a spherical top and bottom which allows LF (load forces) to transmit directly to the center of the load cell. This minimizes deflection and reduces wear and tear. Built with impact and moisture protection to IP68 Standards. FM approved for Hazardous locations. Bypass cables add auxiliary protection from transient sources of electrical damage.

The Monitor, a low profile, steel deck vehicle scale, is ideal for applications that require quick installation, and future expandability. Flexure plates, and the simplified mounting design allow the scale to “float” on the self centering load cells; minimizing load errors, and deflection. Side access to load cells simplifies debris removal in harsh environments.

With the monolithic weighbridge, double mat of rebar, and 10" poured concrete deck, it is the perfect design for demanding application needs.
