Low profile units offer simple installation with minimal foundation
requirements while pit type installations are often the best choice
for use in severe climates or when grain is to be discharged out of
the truck onto a conveyor mounted beneath the scale platform. Multiple
platform units are used to simultaneously measure the truck's axle
weights while obtaining its total weight as well. Vehicle scales may
be equipped with many different options to increase their utility
for both operator and driver. Options include traffic lights, truck
management software, remote displays, guard rails and so on

Engineered
with state-of-the-art robotics, Cardinal’s EPR+ Plus Truck
Scale represents the culmination of 60 years of scale manufacturing
experience. Available in impervious hydraulic or electronic
load cell types, the EPR Plus durable baked-on, anti-corrosion
powder paint stands the test of time.
The
legal-for-trade NTEP EPR+ arrives fully-prepared for installation
and includes DB75000 lb stainless steel load cells standard,
which are factory assembled. All Cardinal load cells can withstand
the weight of up to 150% of published load cell capacity. A

Lake Survivor OTR
For above
ground or pit installs, the SURVIVOR® OTR Steel Deck
sets the standard for truck scale design and performance. Tightly
spaced wide flange i-beams form the industry's strongest weighbridge
design, weighing as many as 250 trucks per day for 25 years
without a trace of weighbridge fatigue. The OTR Steel Deck offers
convenient top access to load cells, and a low profile to minimize
steep approaches. Unique self-setting hinge-like connectors
make for easy installation and future expansion.
The OTR
Concrete Deck provides a low-profile design and top access
to load cells with the benefits of a concrete deck. This model
can function both above ground or as a pit-type and features
our unique self-setting connectors for easy installation and
future expansion. Six inches of poured concrete rests above
the scale's neutral axis, atop a network of wide flange i-beams
and shear studs. This eliminates any possible tension or cracking,
while providing a surface that's well suited for corriosion
resistance and traction in wet or icy conditions.

Lake Survivor ATV
The ATV
is a more compact steel deck design engineered for portability
and movement from job to job. Our self-setting hinge-like connectors
make for easy break down and reassembly, and an overall low
profile keeps approaches low and gradual. But the ATV wouldn't
be a SURVIVOR if it didn't have our trademark heavy duty construction.
It's tightly spaced wide flange i-beams and rigid construction
are classic Rice Lake.

DiamondBack 8550
Field Pour Electronic, concrete deck, flat top style truck scale,
double-ended shear beam load cells - 90,000 lbs. CLC. Ready-to-pour
concrete modules.
The
BridgeMont Low-Pro 8 is an outstanding truck scale design that
incorporates advanced engineering and production technology
to produce a high quality truck weighing system. The high-strength
characteristics and extra-low elevation profile of the BridgeMont
Low-Pro 8 makes it an ideal replacement unit for other brands
of worn out scales on existing foundations. Each scale is fully
factory assembled, pre-calibrated, and performance tested to
exacting NIST, NTEP, and ISO specifications, prior to shipment.
Platform Lengths and Widths - Typical platform lengths are 15'
and 17.5'. Combine several platforms to reach up to 120' assuring
each customer the right size for the application. Standard widths
of 10' and 11' fit a wide range of existing foundations.

Capacity - With a capacity of 40 to 100 tons this scale can
handle a wide range of trucks and configurations.

- At 11.25", the compact, eficient design of the BridgeMont
Low-Pro 8 minimizes approach and exit requirements and yet provides
